During yesterday’s Gala of the 11th Health Challenges Congress, the “Women of the Health Market” ranking was announced. This distinction is awarded to female managers, physicians, scientists, social activists, and leaders whose work has a real impact on the development of medicine and the functioning of the healthcare system.
We are pleased to announce that Anna Ben Drissi, Managing Director of the Polish Society of Allergology and coordinator of the Asthma Treatment Coalition, has been included in the list of the 100 most influential women in healthcare in Poland. She has been actively working to improve care for patients with allergic diseases and asthma in Poland for almost two decades. At the Polish Society of Allergology, Anna Ben Drissi develops educational, expert, and systemic projects, and as coordinator of the Asthma Treatment Coalition, she initiates activities that raise awareness and improve the diagnosis and treatment of asthma, including severe asthma.
This distinction confirms that consistent action, knowledge, and commitment can have a real impact on the quality of patient care in Poland.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Anna Ben Drissi and all the other women recognized for their contributions to the development of Polish healthcare every day.
